Welcoming Alexia Rottet to the LGB Team

We are delighted to have welcomed Alexia Rottet as our Transaction Manager last month, working closely with both our Investments & Capital Markets divisions. We are thrilled to take this opportunity to introduce her.

Introduction

Alexia joined LGB in October 2025, bringing with her experience across the real estate and professional service sectors. Prior to LGB, she worked for A2immo.ch SA as a financial analyst, contributing to the valuation of a diverse property portfolio, and held the role of office manager at Form Structural Design.

Alongside her professional positions, Alexia completed a Master’s in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of the Arts of London. During her studies she developed an entrepreneurial project that strengthened her understanding of financial planning, market research, and early-stage business strategy. For her thesis, she conducted a comprehensive study of product prototyping, independently learning 3D modelling, robotics, and 3D printing to bring her designs to life.

Alexia also holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Geneva, where she specialised in International Politics. Her academic work included research examining the impact of the American intervention on women in Afghanistan.

Originally from Switzerland, Alexia has lived in London for two years and speaks both French and English. Beyond her professional commitments, she enjoys travelling, reading, and writing book reviews.

A Strong Addition to the LGB Team

Alexia joins the team with enthusiasm for contributing to the transaction execution of LGB’s proprietary Medium Term Notes.

She says:

“What excited me to join LGB & Co was meeting the entire team and seeing how they answered all my questions with ease and openness. They encourage fresh thinking and show a continual commitment to learning and improvement. There is also a strong commitment to high-quality work and I am genuinely excited to evolve within such an environment.

Her role places her at the intersection between our Investments and Capital Markets teams, ensuring smooth coordination from origination through to completion. Alexia will play a central part in managing processes, supporting deal execution and enhancing the flow of information across the business.
