About LGB & Co. Limited (“LGB”)

LGB is a boutique Capital Markets and Investments firm established in 2005. We operate a dual capacity model, serving both corporate and investing clients, maintaining integrity and agility as our core values. We see our success defined by the success of the companies we invest in, and the returns we generate for our investing clients.

Our MTN Programmes allow our corporate clients to raise flexible, medium-term financing from multiple private investors, with the ability to issue notes with different maturities and interest rates to match funding requirements. For companies, MTN programmes create a diversified investor base with a reduced reliance on a single lender, as well as flexibility in pricing, drawdown, repayment and terms.

MTN programmes are open to businesses in all sectors, from SMEs to corporate clients. In all cases we look for those with a strong track record, good corporate governance, established working practices, and a clear objective for their funding goals. With eleven MTN issuers in the alternative lending space, LGB also has a particular interest in, and understanding of, that specialist market and its opportunities for businesses and investors.

The team is dynamic, ambitious, professional and comprised of individuals with diverse financial services and capital markets backgrounds. Our non-hierarchical approach results in a cohesive team made up of genuinely nice, helpful and straightforward people who care about long-term relationships.
