Time Finance is an AIM quoted speciality finance group providing business loans, commercial lease / hire purchase finance, invoice finance and vehicle broking to SMEs across the UK through various subsidiaries in its Loans, Asset Finance and Commercial Finance Divisions.
The £7.5 million programme was established in March 2017 to finance the growth of the group’s loans and lease book and for selective acquisitions. It was increased in November 2019 to £25 million. The first issue of notes were used to part-fund the acquisition of loans and mortgage brokerage business, Intelligent Loans. The notes are secured against an assignment of lease and loan agreements and by general corporate debentures at Time Finance plc and a number of its trading subsidiaries.
