Roma is a specialist property lender, primarily operating in the bridging and development space, with a lesser exposure to buy-to-let lending. The Company operates a conservative, low LTV model and places a strong emphasis on the profile of its borrower, with its overarching goal being to help property professionals create value in real estate projects. Roma has grow its loan book to over £130m.
The £15 million programme was established in July 2023 alongside a £2.5m first issue. The programme provides second lien capital to one of Roma’s lending SPVs to help the company grow its bridging and development loan book.
