Our services

LGB Capital Markets provides capital raising and advisory services to companies, entrepreneurs and financial sponsors. We focus on the business services, consumer, financial, healthcare and industrials sectors, providing strategic advice and direct access to both institutional and private capital.

Debt Capital Markets

LGB’s debt capital markets business comprises debt advisory services and the arrangement and placement of debt securities through medium term note (MTN) programmes.

We combine our extensive network of institutional investors, family offices and wealth managers with strong structuring and execution capabilities to deliver debt financing transactions that meet a range of corporate borrowing requirements.

Case Study - Simply Asset Finance

We focus particularly on flexible, non-dilutive private debt, which has become a substantial and attractive source of funding for growing businesses. We arrange secured MTN programmes enabling companies to borrow from multiple investors quickly and efficiently to fund growth, refinancing, acquisitions, wholesale requirements or working capital.

Separately, our debt advisory service helps clients navigate the rapidly evolving lending market. We combine considerable transaction experience and strong structuring capabilities with relationships with credit funds, family offices and alternative lenders. This enables our clients to borrow on a bilateral basis from a principal lender in order to fund a range of requirements.

Equity Capital Markets

At LGB we understand that a company’s equity - its permanent capital - is a precious commodity. Our advice is always based on a detailed understanding of our client’s business, its capital structure, strategy and future funding requirements.

LGB Capital Markets leverages its relationships with institutional investors, private equity, family offices and wealth managers to meet the equity financing requirements of well-established private and quoted companies in the business services, consumer, financial, healthcare and industrials sectors.

We take a highly selective approach when considering mandates for equity transactions. Our focus on later-stage growth companies means that demand for our services is weighted towards debt capital markets.
